Mercy is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join our growing Emergency Department team at Mercy Hospital Ardmore in Ardmore, Oklahoma. - 37,000+ annual ED visits, offering a fast-paced yet well-supported clinical environment with strong patient flow
- 17 acute care emergency beds, designed for efficient throughput and exceptional patient experience
- Level III Trauma Center providing a broad mix of acuity and the opportunity to impact patients across multiple counties
- Consistent double-physician coverage, ensuring shared workload, strong teamwork, and safe, balanced staffing
- Robust support from experienced advanced practice providers
- Epic EMR integrated with DAX Copilot, offering AI-powered, voice-enabled documentation that enhances efficiency and reduces burnout

- $150,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Competitive hourly rates: Up to $292/hour with quarterly wRVU bonuses
